The hotel provides a free shuttle for up to 5 miles, call for pick up/drop off at the airport. We will provide a shuttle to and from the venue.

When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by August 13th so we can give a final headcount to our vendors.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
The doors will open at 4:30 and the ceremony will begin at 5:00.

Can I bring a date?

Due to limited seats, we ask that you only bring who has been included on the invitation.

Is there parking for the ceremony/reception?
Answer
Yes, there is a large parking lot. You are able to leave your car overnight if need be. Please pick it up by 12PM the next morning.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
We will provide a shuttle to and from the hotel and venue.
