Its an 8 acre property on the River. It has a home on the property with an outdoor kitchen, stage, bar, and adequate bathrooms.

You are welcome to camp on property / RV / stay in nearby hotels. The property is set up perfectly for camping life.

Whats the temperature like?

Answer

It is approx 20-27 C on average during the day at this time of year and drops down to around 10 C at night. Make sure to bring layers and jackets for the evening. Faux fur coats recommended.

How do we get to Grand Forks?

Answer

Fly into Kelowna Airport (YLW). It is about a 1.5 hour drive from there. Can rent cars from the airport, and the drive out there is SOO beautiful.

Is there food available all weekend?

Answer

Yes! We’ll have light snacks at the welcome party on Friday. On Saturday, there will be light snacks at each cocktail hour (three total), a full dinner provided, and late-evening snacks as the night goes on. On Sunday, breakfast will be available. If you have any very specific or extensive dietary restrictions, we recommend bringing a few of your own snacks just in case.

Is transportation provided to/from the venue?

There will be a shuttle running at scheduled times between the venue and the main hotels. A detailed shuttle schedule will be shared closer to the date.
