Our love story

Aaron's point of view: The first time we met was at Bethel. We happened to sit at the same lunch table. I knew of her, but we had never really spoken before. Through a few mutual friends, we started spending time together, and little by little, I began to get to know her. The more I got to know her, the clearer it became—there was something special about her. Before I even realized it, I had made up my mind that I liked her and wanted to ask her out. That moment came on June 29th. Honestly, I didn’t think she would say yes, so when she did, it completely caught me by surprise. I had always seen her as someone thoughtful and intentional, someone who took her time with things, which made her answer mean even more to me. As time went on, everything I had felt at the beginning only became more certain. What started as a feeling quickly turned into a deep conviction. About six months into our relationship, I knew without a doubt—I was going to marry her. By the eight-month mark, I began making plans for our families to meet in Miami. I kept telling her that the whole purpose of the trip was simply to ask her father for his blessing, just so she wouldn’t suspect what I was really planning. With the help of her sisters and the rest of her family, everything came together perfectly. The moment itself was beautiful—something I’ll never forget. She didn’t suspect a thing. If I had to describe it, I’d say it felt like a scene straight out of a movie. There were tears, hugs, and so much love all around us. The weather was perfect, and every second was filled with emotion. It was one of those moments where everything just felt right. Claudia's point of view: The first time we met was at Bethel, where we happened to sit at the same lunch table. This was in 2023! Through a few mutual friends, we began spending time together, and little by little, I started to see more of who he truly was. The more time we spent together, the more I found myself wanting to know more about him. Before I even realized it, as time went on, my mind had already caught up with what my heart already knew—I liked him. The moment I had thought about so much finally came on June 29th, 2025. My heart was racing, filled with nerves and emotion, but deep down there was a calm certainty. No matter how I felt in that moment, I already knew what my answer would be: yes. With each passing month, our love grew in the most beautiful, quiet ways. Every moment we shared brought me closer to him, and I began to see a future so clearly—one where he was by my side through it all. And then came March 6th, 2026—a day I will hold in my heart forever. It was a day filled with overwhelming emotion, happy tears, and so much love. Seeing the thought and care he poured into every detail touched me more than I can put into words. And having our families there, sharing in that moment, made it even more meaningful. It was more than just a perfect day—it was where our forever truly began. I said yes to our forever.
