While we love your little ones, we’ve decided to make our wedding a celebration just for adults. We hope this will be a special night for you to relax, celebrate, and enjoy!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There will be parking at the venue. Please do not bring outside alcohol.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 3pm, we recommend guests arrive at least 15 minutes before the official ceremony start time so you have time to park, get settled, before the proceedings.

When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP as soon as possible but no later than August 31.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited capacity, we will only be able to accommodate those specifically listed out on your invitation. If you have any questions, please reach out!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

The Barn is located on the outskirts of Leavenworth Kansas. We will not be accommodating transportation to and from the hotel, so please plan to have a ride.

Is this an indoor or outdoor event?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outdoors and the reception will be indoors, but it doesn’t have air conditioning. There is a large industrial ceiling fan located inside the barn and if the weather is nice we will have the barn doors open for air flow.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

We are happy to offer an open bar for beer and wine. All other alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase. Please do not bring any outside alcoholic beverages to the venue.
