How do I get to Kelowna?

Answer

Kelowna is about a 4-hour drive from Vancouver, or a short flight into Kelowna International Airport (YLW). We recommend booking travel early, especially if you're planning to fly or travel over a weekend.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! We have a discounted room block at the DoubleTree by Hilton West Kelowna. We’ll also share a short list of nearby hotel and accommodation options on our website, and there are plenty of great Airbnbs if you’re making a weekend of it.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! We'll be providing Uber gift cards to help with transportation to and from the ceremony, so you can relax and enjoy the day without worrying about driving!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is limited parking available on-site, but since there will be drinks flowing, we recommend taking advantage of Uber (we’ll be providing Uber gift cards!) and leaving the driving to someone else.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

The ceremony will begin at 4:00 PM. We recommend arriving around 3:30 PM to give yourself time to settle in and enjoy the vineyard and winerhy before we get started.

Is there a dress code?

Our celebration will be elegant but relaxed — perfect for a vineyard setting. Coctkail attire is requested.
