- 2 Presses: Medium

To pair the remote: when the light is off, press and hold the power & button on the top of the lamp and press and hold the on/off button on the remote, until it flashes twice. Use the + and - buttons to adjust the brightness and the 2H, 4H and 6H to set the timer (hours).
