Hello, I am Alexius. I was born and raised right here in the good ole North Carolina. I live in Raleigh now, but I was raised in a small town of "Midway" (right outside of Winston-Salem). I came to Raleigh back in 2012 to attend NC State University and made Raleigh my permanent home. I found my passion for photography about five years ago and still amazed at the places that my little camera has taken me. I am even more amazed at the friends I have made while pursuing my passion for photography and filmmaking.

He started by filming his own dance videos which brought him into the world of video editing. My grandpa was always filming every family interaction and had a 500 title dvd collection, so that left a big impression on me. I was the kid who grouped up my friends and coordinated lightsaber battles in the front yard; later editing in FX frame by frame. While in film school I used to film in dance clubs, making music videos of clubbers having a good time. This helped develop my style and created the foundation of what I do today! Apart from filmmaking, I enjoy a good jam sesh, playing chess, and surfing :)
