Our nine acre property provides perfect backdrops for your most special moments! Five acres of active grapevines surround our Farmhouse, which was built all the way back in 1900 and still features some of the original flooring and as well as the wood staircase. Two ceremony sites are yours to choose from, the Vineyard or the Lakeside. Our Vineyard site is nestled amongst the vines and sits at the base of a very large and old Oak Tree. The largest of our two sites, the Vineyard also features our onsite Wishing Well for couples married on the property. The Lakeside site provides a smaller, more intimate experience with the view of gorgeous Lake Thonotosassa at your backs. A dreamy Bridal Suite awaits on the second floor of our Farmhouse, and not to be forgotten, a Grooms Bunkhouse down by the lake. Draping the front of the Farmhouse, our reception area features 3,000 square feet of covered space with all new lighting and sound.

Alabaster Land is a tax-deductible faith-based Nonprofit that is a lakefront gated hidden gem for ceremonies & other gatherings among nature right by the Route 60. Our layout features a green house, equipped with chairs, tables, sound system, and more, Featuring space for up to 80 people comfortably. Our basement fits up to 25 people equipped with a mini fridge, microwave, coffee and tea makers, piano, leather couch, table, full bathroom and more! Alabaster also features a beautiful outdoor platform under a 300-year oak tree with hanging chandeliers and LED lighting. Along with 2 beautiful gardens for pictures, first prayer or first look! Lakefront main fire pit, white canoe are included in your pledge. An outdoor shower is also available for the local community to enjoy. Tiny Houses that are perfect for small groups, and unique tree swings!

Grand Hall Our 5,152 sqft Grand Hall can accommodate up to 340 guests seated or 740 guest cocktail style. The Grand Hall’s features high pitch ceilings with the central peak reaching 40’ overhead. Community Room The Community Room is a 1,980 square foot room can accommodate up to 280 Guests cocktail style or 130 seated. This space can be used as one large room or split into two rooms and is ideal for meetings or small gatherings. Palm Oasis Bar The Palm River Oasis is a beautifully unique bar measuring at 2,470 square feet, it can fit up to 361 Cocktail or 220 Seated. The Oasis is fully stocked and open to the public and can be rented exclusively for your event.
