Tabellas at Delaney Creek is Tampa Bay’s Premiere Outdoor Event Venue, founded in 2018 by the Garcia Family. This venue was created to offer people and the community a modern, multifunctional beautiful venue to celebrate life’s special moments and milestones together. The property runs alongside Delaney Creek filled with old oak trees and lush landscape and can accommodate special events of all sizes and styles. Some of the exquisite venue features include two open-air pavilions, an outdoor stage, a rustic farm silo, a wooden pergola, custom wooden benches for ceremonies, Tudor-style grand entrance doors, private parking, mixed-style seating, a cover terrace, bars, and more! Yes, parking is available and we our lots can hold up to 250 cars. Parking attendants are required and will be added to the proposal based on the guest count and event details.

Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible. We also have ramps at the main and side entrances, hearing-impaired fire alarm lights, and trained staff.

Your reservation includes a 5 hour-wedding (ceremony, cocktail hour + reception). We allow 3 hours of set up access prior to the event time and a one hour breakdown. Additional hours of space rental and set-up/breakdown time are available per an additional fee.

Yes, all events are required to have a special event General Liability policy with host liquor liability if alcohol is being provided by our caterers and consumed at the event.

We are 20-25 minutes away from Tampa International Airport.

Booking fees for our facilities, and all payments made including deposits, are non-refundable.

We can, however, we do prefer and encourage for all linens and tableware to be sourced and provided by your caterer.

Yes, outside food catering is allowed from a licensed + insured caterer and a 25% outside catering fee will apply.

Yes, we do require a day-of coordinator for weddings and all events.
