Built By Dimmick Drake in 1906, Castle Inn was the last of the great hotels to be built in Delaware Water Gap, Pennsylvania. Tourists flocked to the Gap to escape the summer heat and enjoy the beauty of the Delaware River. Designed by German architect Robert Brueckner, Castle Inn was constructed of poured concrete and timber beams, a European construction technique unusual in the United States at the time.

The Foundation of Light is a spiritual center for meditation. The study and regular practice of meditation, as an aid to the expansion of consciousness and self-realization, is a fundamental part of all Foundation of Light activities. The founders of the Foundation of Light, John and Kate Payne, along with Mabel DeMotte Beggs, were experts in many forms of ancient healing techniques. Built in 2000, the main Foundation of Light building has several diverse rooms available, depending on your group size and needs.

Our newly expanded Banquet Hall, which is located beneath the Entertainment Lodge, is a space-only venue, and all catering and entertainment are booked by you. We provide 8' rectangle tables and white resin chairs. The river frontage ceremony site is situated along the riverbank with a log trestle that you may decorate as you wish.

Stissing House is one of the oldest taverns in America, located at the crossroads of the village of Pine Plains in the heart of Dutchess County. Upstairs, the oldest Dutch Colonial ballroom in America is designed for long-table dinners and weddings of 25-150 people. Chef/Proprietor Clare de Boer cooks food that is generous and has a sense of place. Ingredients come from surrounding farms and are prepared simply on the tavern’s mammoth hearth. The eggs are laid today, the butter is homemade, and the food is for feasting.

Senate Garage is an industrial elegant venue located on the historic grounds of the Senate House in the heart of Uptown Kingston. Westwind Orchard is a BioIntensive Orchard and Farm. Our unfiltered and sulfite free cider is pressed onsite. We raise our own chickens. Our honey comes from our bees. We bake our own bread and make fresh mozzarella. Berries, vegetables and herbs are fresh from our garden. Our team will help you curate the perfect menu that highlights our farm-to-table Roman-style cuisine. Each season we host a select number of private events ranging from work retreats, to luncheons, to rehearsal dinners & weddings. Each event is curated by our management team, our events coordinator, and executive chef. We offer traditional Roman-style cuisine inspired by the seasons in a casual family-style format.
