My name is Katie and I’m the owner of Lotus Events! I am a mother, hopeless romantic, and love all things outdoors. I specialize in rustic weddings, DIY brides, and theme-based weddings. I started planning fundraising events at a young age which led me to start non profits and serve as fundraising/event chairman for many organizations. She has been in the Washington, DC wedding industry for six years starting as an intern and working her way up to owning her own business.
