Description	Our partial planning service is for couples who want to check the bigger items off of the planning list themselves but may need some assistance with crossing off the smaller details as the day gets closer. Partial planning can be customized to fit the couple's needs. This package typically starts 120 days before the wedding day!	Our wedding coordination package is perfect for couples who would like to do the majority of the planning themselves, but need someone to tie all of the pieces together and create an organized and seamless day. This package starts 60 days before the wedding day!

I cannot recommend Kristen Caputo Weddings & Events highly enough! My husband and I had a beach wedding last month and I was trying to handle everything myself, until I realized just how overwhelmed I was. Kristen had great reviews and after reaching out, I thought she had very fair prices for her services. I hired her to be my coordinator and I’m SO thankful I did! After every planning call with her, I would feel like a weight was lifted. She always had such helpful input throughout our calls and there are SO many things I would have overlooked without her there to guide me. On the big day Kristen and her Assistant Megan were AMAZING! I really thought I was going to spend the day worrying about if things were being set up the way I wanted them. On the actual day I wasn’t worried at all, by that point I had so much confidence in Kristen I knew she’d make it happen! And she did! My wedding was set up exactly how I wanted it and everything flowed so nicely! Megan waited with my dad and I before walking down the aisle and she was a lifesaver! She held all my things and helped me stay calm! Our ceremony turned out beautifully. I couldn’t believe how pretty it looked when I got to the aisle! It was better than I had hoped for. For the reception Kristen and Megan directed all our guests while we took photos. Then they made sure we got food and drinks and some time to ourselves before the socializing. Our reception turned out to be so much fun and all of our friends and family LOVED Kristen and Megan! They got to know our guests and they just felt like family celebrating with us by the end of the night! To any brides reading this in need of a wedding coordinator/planner- do yourself a favor and contact Kristen right now! My wedding was a beautiful, fun, and unforgettable day and I owe that to all of Kristen and Megan’s hard work!!! I couldn’t have done it without them!

Kristen was absolutely amazing! She made sure every detail of our wedding was perfect, Handled all communication with our vendors, and was on top of every aspect of our big day. Kristen and Megan took so much stress out of our day and the weeks leading up to it. I could not recommend anyone else any more than her, nor imagine having the wedding go so smoothly without her. If you are just beginning your wedding planning, start by booking Kristen first on your to do list.

Had an amazing experience working with Kristen and her team for our Daughter’s wedding in October 2023 again in March 2024 for my Son’s recent wedding. Kristen and her team were contracted for both weddings as a day of wedding planner but I feel they went above and beyond their listed services multiple times. We had several phone planning meetings ,an extensive venue walk thru, rehearsal ,wedding prep day and the actual wedding day service.Kristen provided clear and concise written guidelines for each phase of the wedding, provided a floor plan, provided helpful suggestions on decor placement and lots of reassurance when we were hit with poor weather conditions at BOTH weddings.Kristen and her team made the actual wedding day run incredibly smoothly at both weddings and stayed after the wedding was completed to help put away decor and clean up. I would recommend Kristen Caputo Weddings& Events 10 out of 10 without hesitation!
