I am so happy we chose the Day of Company as our day of coordinator. For the few months leading up to the wedding, we worked closely with Joanna to figure out all the details for the day of. She was so easy to work with, communicative, professional, and flexible. Wedding planning was stressful, but having Joanna made it a lot easier. She helped us finalize every little detail and helped us visualize the day from beginning to end. She handled any issues we had with our venue by communicating with them directly, which was really appreciated. On the day of the wedding, Erica was our day of coordinator. Our day went better than we could've imagined and we really have Erica and Joanna to thank for that. Erica was always there to make sure we were on time, grab things for us as we are super forgetful, and offered solutions anytime there was an issue. We could not have done it without her. We're lucky to have worked with them and would 100% recommend them to anyone!

When we found the wedding venue of our dreams, we were surprised that they required a wedding planner, which we did not think was necessary. But oh boy, were we wrong! Once our wedding planner Lee was on board we came to appreciate the hundreds of details required for a successful wedding, which was customized to our vision. Lee executed an organized timeline, including routine meetings, helping identify vendors and day of coordination just to name a few. Lee furnished our weekend with personalized stationery featuring our own logo, along with dozens of other little touches that left our guests repeatedly commenting (unprompted) on how every detail was thought of and this was the most spectacular wedding they ever attended. Lee took care of it all so we were left to just enjoy the company of our friends and family. We look forward to more celebrations where we can work with her and her delightful team again!

Jason and Giovanni and team were excellent. They came highly recommended, so we felt good right away, and even still they blew us out of the water. Getting every detail just right, taking each little (or big) thing off our plate, and plenty of things we never saw coming. For example, halfway through the night, a cousin came up and said she was having a great time, but she might have to leave early. The zipper had broken on her dress, and if she needed to use the restroom, she'd essentially have to rip her dress, and her evening would be over. Well, in swooped Jason and Giovanni with their 'Wedding Emergency Kit.' They whisked her away, FIXED THE DRESS, and she stayed until the end of the evening. We had a big wedding with lots of moving parts, none of which fazed Jason in the slightest. We could not have pulled off our dream wedding without him, and cannot recommend him and his team highly enough.

Claire was by far the easiest, calmest, and most organized planner around. She made the wedding planning process feel easy & affordable for a couple who wasn’t from NYC. Her recommendations were perfect for what we wanted and her spreadsheets to help us compare/decide were above and beyond. She was honest with her opinions and helped us stay within a very tight budget for the city - which no other planner felt was possible or was even willing to work with us for. Claire followed up the month of our wedding with all the vendors and made sure nothing was missing & the timing was perfect. Every single detail I would have never even thought of was mapped out and answered by the time of the rehearsal, so the week of our wedding was nothing but fun and celebrations. Claire was professional, but personable, and was very easy to talk to. She even dealt with my night shift schedule (emailing her constantly in the middle of the night) and handled everything during the day (business hours) so I didn’t have to worry about it. After the wedding was over, she helped us find some ceremonial items that were misplaced & even helped us dig through contracts to get money back when we were wrongfully charged by another vendor! Always went an extra mile for us. I have recommended WedWell to any and all of my friends/coworkers who are recently engaged. I can’t recommend her enough!!

Letny (Shindy Studio) was professional, patient, creative, and just overall amazing designer/planner/person to work with! I hired her to design / plan my wedding at the new york botanical gardens in october 2023. up until the wedding date (and even the day after when she dropped off everything i left at the wedding venue to my hotel) she was prepared and only wanted me and my partner to relax. i felt completely confident that she would take care of everything and all the last minute details even when our outdoor wedding became suddenly indoors as it started to torrential downpour. she listened to all our ideas, was super flexible when i told her last minute i want a female magician to perform at the reception, totally nailed the design that i had in mind, and was very communicative and lovely to work with. i would 100% hire letny and shindy studio again (hopefully not for another wedding!) and could not recommend her more. thanks again letny for making my wedding so memorable!

I truly don't know how to thank Justina enough for helping us plan our wedding day, and for the emotional support she offered along the way. From day one, she went above and beyond in helping us choose and communicate with vendors (some more difficult than others), guide us towards decisions we were struggling to make, advocated for us, kept us on track, and on top of that dealt with my panicked 7 AM texts about weather forecasts the month leading up to the wedding. Our wedding was a dream, and I truly don't believe it would have been possible without her. Not only did she make planning so much more manageable, but when an unforeseen circumstance came up during the reception she handled it like a total pro, and not a single guest noticed. I cannot say enough about how incredible it was to work with NYLuxe. Andrea is absolutely phenomenal, and from the first day, I knew I could trust her eye for detail and impeccable style. Andrea made my dream wedding day even better than anything I could have hoped for, and truly made the planning process a pleasure. I didn't have a single fight with my mom in this process, and I was even able to start a new job just 2 months before my wedding without a worry. Not only was Andrea incredible in supporting me, but she was incredible with my whole family. All of my friends have been asking about every single vendor used for the wedding, from the DJ/band combo (which was a HUGE HUGE hit), the florist to the videographer and photographers, she is able to work within a budget without compromising on excellence. I cannot recommend NYLuxe enough, I wouldn't have been able to do it without Andrea and Anastasia. It was truly the best day of our lives.

But life happened in ways no one expected, and so we came across Wonders & Weddings. After a brief session in which we discussed what we have envisioned for our wedding and the details of everything we had prepared ourselves, Khun Wannida showed us what "more" we could achieve with her help, and so the process of turning dreams into reality began. Wonders & Weddings were absolutely fantastic. They respected what we wanted for our wedding and they did their absolute best in every way possible; they went above and beyond with every tiny detail we added/removed even when it was so last minute. Were there any hiccups or things that didn't go as planned? Definitely! But W&W made sure to smooth things out and helped us along the way. Looking back now, there were a few things we wished we changed for our wedding, but hiring W&W was not one of them, that's for sure. We can’t recommend Rachel and her team enough!!! We worked with RBE for about a year to plan our wedding and from start to finish, they were a dream to work with. When our friends and family asked us why we weren’t stressed at ANY phase of the process, we pointed to Rachel (and her spreadsheets/checklists :)). This was true for big details - when our after party venue closed down just a couple of weeks before our wedding date, within a day Rachel had sent us multiple amazing options. Or for small details - on the wedding day I thought we had misplaced my mom’s comfy shoes but Rachel’s team had already put them under her chair. This captures what working with Rachel is like - she has solved the problem before you even realize there was one. Her relationships and communication with vendors was also integral to putting together a team that we were so excited to work with and seemed equally excited to work with us, in no small part due to their existing relationship with Rachel. She also quickly created relationships with new vendors that we introduced into the planning process. It is clear that whoever she engages with, she is professional, respectful, and a joy to work with. We worked closely with them in the month leading up to our wedding to finalize all the last details — from the big stuff (“don’t forget the marriage license”) to the little details (“what are you having for breakfast?”). Raquel and her team are fantastic. We hired Raquel for partial planning for our wedding; from the get-go, she was organized, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. She helped us find our caterer (who was excellent) and organized our tasting and our rentals with them -- it was a huge load off of our minds to have her help take care of that vendor. Once we got closer to the actual day, Raquel was on top of everything. She set up a walk through of the venue, kept us on track with all of the nitty-gritty details, and had recommendations for any vendor we could have imagined (truly above and beyond what we could have expected). The day itself went off without a hitch -- we had been so stressed in the days leading up to the wedding with last-minute changes and cancellations from guests, but once the wedding day started everything was smooth sailing. We had some last-minute requests due to guest changes and Raquel didn't miss a beat! We truly felt we could relax and just enjoy our wedding because every last detail had been meticulously planned and attended to. I would recommend Raquel and her team for anyone planning a wedding -- worth every penny!!!

Elizabeth Carberry and her team are truly second to none in the wedding planning space. Back in 2019, I had met with numerous planners in DC and the stars aligned on cost, vision, and personality with Elizabeth immediately. Even before we signed on the dotted line, Elizabeth was hard at work taking the things we mentioned in our first call and setting up appointments with vendors. As it turned out, this would be an excellent indication of how thoughtful, efficient, and hardworking she and her team would be in working with us to plan our dream wedding(s) over the next few years. When the pandemic hit, we had already booked our date and many vendors but it was clear we probably weren’t going to move forward with our original date or vision, Elizabeth was so on top of rescheduling things and renegotiating on our contracts, we felt totally supported the entire time. She really went above and beyond. We started planning another version of our wedding on a rescheduled date and once again, another wave of the pandemic hit and we were out of luck again. While I’m sure Elizabeth and her team were as exhausted and frustrated as we were, they kept everything professional while also being incredibly empathetic to the situation. We canceled our second attempt at a wedding and went back to the drawing board. Third times the charm, it seems! My husband and I decided to scrap our plans for a big 200 person wedding bash in DC and have an intimate ceremony of 45 people at my parents cabin in PA. We proposed this idea to Elizabeth, knowing it was a huge pivot and trek for her, but without really any hesitation we shifted gears and started planning our new dream wedding in the mountains of PA. Within a matter of days, our contracts had been once again renegotiated with vendors who wanted to make the trip to another state and new vendors were found (a seemingly impossible task in rural PA). The day went off without a hitch and my husband and I look back on the whole process and wedding day so fondly, even with the nightmare of the pandemic. The day of, Elizabeth and her team were so incredible and efficient but stayed behind the scenes, making sure I knew they were there but not overwhelming us. The ceremony and reception were so beautiful and fun- she made our vision a reality. We woke up the next morning and everything was disassembled/organized and ready for the vendors to pick up. Of note, Elizabeth is also incredibly professional and will advocate for you with difficult vendors and make sure you’re not getting taken advantage of- you can tell she’s seasoned pro! Elizabeth and her team are the reason why, even after two foiled attempts, we have nothing but amazing memories from the wedding planning and actual day of! I recommend Elizabeth Carberry to anyone getting married- she and her team are the best of the best. Thank you for our perfect day, EC!

Throughout the evening, Janet made sure to see that I was enjoying the evening and always had a drink in my hand. Even if you’re doing DIY décor, florals, etc. like I did and think you don’t need a day-of coordinator, I’m here to tell you that you absolutely DO. Amanda also went above and beyond to help us with a special request so we could just relax and concentrate on having a wonderful wedding. And, as is they didn't do enough already, Amanda also helped my wife coordinate a great surprise for me during our reception. Amazing!

We could not have pulled off our wedding without the Lovehaus team. We used Lovehaus for styling and partial planning (planning starting at 6-mo out). My husband and I are the biggest procrastinators, and combined with very busy and time-consuming jobs, I knew that we would never be the wedding planners that we needed to be. A friend recommended Lovehaus and we're so thankful she did. Tabitha was our coordinator and she is a real-life angel organizer, who kept all our timelines on track, kept us in check, and handled all the coordination with our vendors so that we could have a stress-free wedding day. Not only did she work directly with all our vendors so we didn't even have to think about it, but she also helped us make decisions when we were indecisive (which was more often than not) and shared her recommendations for vendors and helped us choose the ones that best fit our needs. She joined all the vendor meetings too, asking questions I would never have thought of and helping me to create shot lists or decide on food options. Separate from vendor coordination, she helped to style the beautiful wedding we were hoping for, creating a style guide that perfectly reflected what we asked for and choosing or creating design elements (linens, florals, signage) we loved. She even helped share recommendations for all the bridal party dresses that everyone loved using as their inspo, which helped to create such a beautiful and fun pink moment for my bridesmaids. In addition to all her planning expertise, she was amazing the day of the wedding with her assistant, Shaun. The two of them kept our timelines on track and got us where we needed to be, when we needed to be there. No one had to stress about a thing as they had everything covered. They were even able to get a lovely orange stain off the front of my dress from the pollen on a flower in my bouquet before the ceremony. Everyone in the bridal party was raving about the Lovehaus team and how well they handled the whole day. I cannot thank Tabitha and the Lovehaus team enough for all they did for us. 100/10 would absolutely, most definitely, without a doubt, recommend.

Wow wow wow! I wanted to take the time to leave the most thorough review of high praise because Debbie's team was absolutely fantastic to work with from beginning to end. We hired Debbie about a month out from our wedding for Day-of coordination as well as to review and revise all of the vendor contracts that we had done prior to hiring her. Debbie picked up sloppy and mismanaged work from a previous planner we parted ways with. It was no easy feat to pick up the previous planner's work and correct it and Debbie dived in head first. She asked thoughtful, detailed oriented questions the entire time to make sure that she executed my vision to the tee. Debbie and I had frequent calls leading up to our wedding detailing every aspect of the wedding and logistics. The logistics of being a NYC DIY-heavy bride without a car we were concerned as it was important to me that we didn't have family and friends setting up on wedding day. Debbie came by and took inventory of all of our DIY materials, picked them up prior to the wedding, set them up wedding day, and then dropped them off back at our house on wedding night. The venue we rented had to be left cleared and clean and Debbie's team did a fantastic job with that and left the place spotless. Debbie also sent me photos of the space for reference. Now for Debbie's team on our wedding day. My family and guests LOVED Debbie's team. They were kind, eager, and did anything my family requested of them. I found out after the fact that one of Debbie's team members helped my stepmom-in-law with her makeup before the ceremony, which was definitely outside of their roles and responsibilities, but they did it with such a smile and grace. I heard multiple stories just like that one of Debbie's team jumping to help wedding guests or even vendors as they needed it during the night. If you are looking for someone detail-oriented who will keep a tight timeline and help you bring your dream wedding to life, I would 100% recommend hiring Debbie. She was worth every penny to my husband and me. And our wedding would have not gone as smoothly as it did without her ability to manage so many different aspects and quickly think on her feet. Debbie did such an amazing job we are really hoping our day gets picked up by a bridal magazine. Thank you Debbie and Team! - The Flemings
