Question
What is the Wedding Ceremony Livestream Information?
Answer
Please visit https://www.youtube.com/@emilygrahammedia around 4:15 pm MST on August 3rd, 2023 to watch the wedding ceremony of Holly Hufford and Tyler Waugh. The livestream is expected to end around 5 pm MST. There will be a red "Live" symbol indicating the correct video. If you can not join on time, no worries! You will be able to rewind & fast forward. After the ceremony, the video will be posted for instant replay, so you can watch when it is convenient for you. If you are watching after the ceremony has ended, the video will be labeled with our names, and will no longer have the red "live" symbol. Additionally, we will share our wedding photos and wedding video with everyone once we have received them. Please note, this can take multiple weeks.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony if I am attending in person?
Answer
Please review the Schedule tab to learn more details about parking and walking to the outdoor ceremony location. We recommend arriving 15 minutes prior to the ceremony start time.

Where is the wedding? Is the wedding outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony, dinner, and reception are all located at Hudson Gardens and Event Center at 6115 S Santa Fe Dr, Littleton, CO 80120. The ceremony is outdoors and dinner & the reception immediately following are located in an open-air tent. Please dress accordingly. We are not having a cocktail hour.

What will the weather be like?
Answer
Unfortunately we can not predict the weather. August 3rd, 2021, was very hot and August 3rd, 2022, it rained most of the day. Please prepare for both by bringing sunscreen, bug repellent, a light jacket, hand held fan, etc. if you feel they are necessary.

What if it rains?
Answer
If it rains, we will move the ceremony to the reception tent. You may want to bring an umbrella. If we need to move the ceremony location, we will notify you as soon as possible. The updated location will be called 30 to 45 minutes before the start time.

What if it is very sunny?
Answer
Please dress in appropriate clothing for the potential of a hot day or a rainy day. If it is very sunny, you should not need sunglasses or a sun hat for the ceremony, as the area is nicely shaded by trees. However, feel free to bring these items if it makes you more comfortable.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Please be aware that this is an outdoor wedding. There is potential for it to be hot or rain, so dress accordingly. We want you to be comfortable. We suggest sun dresses, skirts, blouses, polos, slacks, sandals, dress shoes, and a light jacket. You will have to walk on a gravel path so stilettos are not recommended. Are you registered? Where?
Answer
Yes. We are registered through Zola and Amazon. Please checkout the Gift Registry page for more details. https://www.zola.com/wedding/thewaughs/registry https://www.amazon.com/wedding/share/thewaughs8323 Your presence is present enough, but should you wish to bring a gift to our wedding, there will be a gift table and a card box for your convenience.

Can I take pictures during the wedding ceremony?
Answer
We are encouraging all guests to refrain from taking photos during the ceremony. Our photographer, videographer, and live streamer will capture all of the memories! You are more than welcome to take any pictures during the wedding reception. There will be a designated moment for everyone to pull out their cell phones and snap a picture of the bride and groom at the alter.

How can I get to the wedding venue?
Answer
There is no organized transportation from the hotels to the wedding venue. Please refer to the Travel tab to learn more about rental cars. Please consider carpooling, or taking an Uber or Lyft if you plan to consume alcohol at the wedding. There is not convenient public transportation nearby. Please click the Map button on the Schedule tab for directions.

Is there on-site parking? Is it free?
Answer
Yes, there is free, uncovered parking located at Hudson Gardens. If you are consuming alcoholic beverages and do not feel safe driving the evening of the wedding, cars can be left in the parking lot until 8:00 AM the next day. We are not responsible for potential damage to cars, but please make smart decisions.

Is there childcare?
Answer
There is not childcare at the venue. There will be dancing and outdoor lawn games! Please note, you must watch your own child at all times. There are quite a few ponds at Hudson Gardens and we do not want any dangerous water activity to occur. If you need a babysitter for your kids at home, while you attend the wedding, please reach out to Holly Hufford @ 720-323-7387 and we will try to assist you with child care options.

Can I smoke or vape?
Answer
Marijuana and vaping are not allowed on the property. There are designated cigarette smoking areas.

Can I bring my own alcohol?
Answer
No. Please note that the venue does not allow any alcohol that is not distributed by the bar tenders. Alcohol must stay in the reception tent. It can not be brought around the gardens or in the parking lot.
