Bus Transportation to Vallarta Adventures

Bus transportation will be provided to and from the port office location. If you are not using the bus transportation to the port from The Westin, please plan accordingly to arrive on time. You can Uber to the Vallarta Adventures Nuevo Vallarta port office if needed. **Reminder, the wedding venue is only accessible by boat. You must arrive on time to take the bus transportation from the Westin or Uber directly to Vallarta Adventures.**
Ferry Transportation to Las Caletas

The wedding venue is only accessible by boat and departs from the Vallarta Adventures Nuevo Vallarta office. The port office has seating, a bar, and bathrooms if needed. The boat also includes seating, music, and drinks. The boat ride is about 50 minutes. Please arrive on time as it will leave promptly at 4:30 pm. **Unfortunately if missed, you won't be able to attend the wedding.**
Wedding Ceremony + Reception
4:30 pm - 11:30 pm
Attire: Beach Formal The ceremony and reception will be held on the private beach of Las Caletas, south of Puerto Vallarta. The ceremony will take place shortly after guests arrive and will be followed by cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing! Dinner will be served buffet style. Please reach out to the bride or groom if you have dietary restrictions. The boat will depart at 10:30 pm and will return to the port around 11:30 pm.
