It's a wedding, so look nice, but since we'll be outside in the yard all afternoon/evening, we want you to be comfortable! Spike heels are probably not the best idea.
There are tons of hotels along rt 1 (aka Broadway) in Saugus, which is very close to the house. We have blocks at the Holiday Inn and also the Springhill Suites, both just a mile or so away.
Yes! We will have the basement set up for the kids if they need to get away from the crowd to sleep or zone out to a movie. There is an open pool in the yard but we are looking into hiring an undercover lifeguard to keep watch in case anyone tries to jump in! If you would like a babysitter to be on hand, please talk to Shaina--this can also be arranged easily.
We are both very private people, and we want to keep the ceremony as intimate as possible so that we can enjoy it to the fullest. There will be plenty of pictures and maybe even video so you can see what happened! We are very sorry if you feel slighted at all by this. We will be having a special "ceremony" during the reception to acknowledge all the other amazing people in our lives who have supported and loved us over the years.
