We are excited to celebrate over a year of love, marriage and quarantine with you on May 30, 2021 in Daytona Beach, Florida! The reception will take place at the Cici and Hyatt Brown Museum of Art at 4:30pm. Out of abundance of caution we will only occupying the space at half capacity, and are requesting guests to wear masks/facial coverings when they are not eating or drinking. We are also working with our vendors to determine best safety precautions, including eating outside and minimal contact for food and beverage service. We really want to celebrate with everyone and enjoy the weekend as safely as possible! However, if you and your family don't feel comfortable traveling or are unable to attend for other reasons we are planning on having a Zoom/Livestream event so you can still share the moment with us. As many of you know, we canceled our wedding with only two weeks left to our original date due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Much of the world shutdown and governments enabled lockdowns and limitations on events, making it unclear how we would move forward with even having a ceremony. However, we did not want to wait to start our marriage and with the help of our parents (Natalie), we eloped on 3.21.2020 near Max's hometown, Stuart, FL at the Hutchinson Resort and Spa.

Once Max decided to propose, he went on a secret operation while traveling with the Jaguars in Miami to get his Grandma Laura's ring. On the most romantic day of the year, Valentine's Day, Max took Katie for a "staycation" back where they first met, Atlantic Beach. Max originally planned to propose on the beach, but due to inclement weather he had to scramble to find a new plan. Max ended up proposing to Katie in the hotel lobby of One Ocean Resort with a singing barber shop quartet in front of a small crowd of onlookers. After being serenaded, how could Katie say no? She did what any girl would do, she said yes!

He was a boy. She was a girl. They were both looking for love online but never seemed to make a connection. Until they read each other's profiles. Max messaged Katie but it wasn't until six months later that she reached out and chatted online. They liked each other so much that they met up for tacos at Flying Iguana Taqueria and dancing at Lynch's Irish Pub. The rest is history!
