In light of COVID-19, we wanted to give you an update of our wedding plans. We are so excited that the ceremony will be able to go forward as planned with all of you there! As for the reception, we are still unsure if it will be happening the same day or postponed for the future, but we will keep you posted very soon with an update. Your health and safety are a huge priority for us and we completely understand if you are no longer able to attend. If you have not already done so, please let us know as soon as possible (on your RSVP card that came with your invitation) if you will not be attending, or your meal preference if you will be there (so we can be prepared if the reception actually happens!) Thanks so much!
Please let us know on your RSVP with your food selections about any food allergies and we will let the caterers know.
We love your kids and hope to see them soon, but with the exception of our immediate family, it will be an adults only event.
We have rooms blocked for the nights of July 1 and July 2 at the Normandy Hotel and Conference Center at a discounted rate for our guests, and that includes a breakfast buffet. Please keep in mind that the reception is 40 minutes from the Church; so if you’d prefer someplace more centrally located between the two, there are many hotels located in Conshohocken and King of Prussia as well.
There is plenty of parking at both the church and the reception venue. At the church, there is street parking as well as two parking lots behind it: one on Wexford Road and another on Sagamore Road. At Normandy Farm, there is a huge parking lot on site.
The reception will be inside the main hotel in the Grand Ballroom. There will be attendants and signs around to help direct you once you are inside the hotel. Just as an FYI, there will be another wedding going on that day, so make sure you are in the correct ballroom...If you don’t see Mary and Vic, you’re not in the right place!
