The following are hotel recommendations in Statesville for the weekend of our wedding. These are only a handful, as there are at least 20 hotels and motels close by. We DO NOT have room blocks reserved, so we recommend booking far in advance to ensure you have lodging. Keep in mind that aside from hotels, you can also check out websites like Airbnb or VRBO for a more unique experience.
If you're traveling via airplane, check out Google Flights or the Hopper app on your smartphone. Hopper allows you to track flight prices for free and will notify you when prices drop, which happens pretty often. You can also price freeze and pay half of your ticket up front and half later!
Statesville is not an urban area and is car-dependent, so public transit is not an option. Lyft and Uber are readily available, but we recommend scheduling your ride in advance on their apps. If you plan to stay in Charlotte instead of Statesville, you will be about 45 minutes away from our venue.
