A link to the room block is available via the accommodations tab under the Residence Inn. We have a room block available at The Residence Inn Austin Southwest. When making reservations please refer to the Ramirez - Mendoza wedding. Reservations must be made by February 1, 2019.
Cocktail attire, please. We suggest packing a light jacket or shawl as Texas weather can be unpredictable.
There is plenty of free parking at the Addison Grove. We do recommend looking into a ride sharing service if you plan on drinking.
Yes! Uber and Lyft are both available to drop off and pick up from the Addison Grove.
Yes, we do have a shuttle leaving from the Residence Inn located in Oak Hill to the venue but with limited seats. Please email Bridget@wildskyevents.com if you plan on taking the shuttle to be added to the list. Schedule for the shuttle: First pick-up: 4:00 pm -- Bus Leaves Hotel 4:15 pm - Arrives at Addison Grove Second pick-up: 4:30 pm - Arrives back at Hotel 4:45 pm - Arrives at Addison Grove
Yes! Traveling South on MoPac (Hwy 1): 1) Exit William Cannon and turn right at the light on William Cannon. 2) Continue down William Cannon and then take a left on Escarpment. 3) Then turn right on Convict Hill. 4) Continue straight and then turn left on Hwy 290. 5) Turn right on Fitzhugh Road. 6) Turn left at the Addison Grove. If you do travel on Hwy 290 through the Y in Oak Hill please be sure to give yourself plenty of time or check traffic ahead of time. Waze is a great app to use!
The ceremony will take place on the lawn underneath the Addison Grove's beautiful oak trees.
Cocktail hour will be outside on the patio of the Addison Grove barn. Light bites and drinks will be served.
After cocktail hour we will move inside to the Addison Grove barn for an evening of dinner, drinks and dancing.
