Steven and Sebastian met at The Citadel during their Junior year and quickly became friends. After Graduation, they kept in touch but both being in the Military, were both very busy. It turns out both were deployed to Afghanistan at the same time in 2018 and happened to be in Kandahar together! This is Sebastian's first time Officiating a wedding, and the couple is honored to have him!
Bridget Parr
Matron of Honor
Bridget and Leanna have known each other basically Leanna's entire life. Leanna grew up next to Bridget and her family and she was like one of the family. Bridget started dating Leanna's cousin, Wesley, in high school and soon after they married and Bridget truly became part of Leanna's family. Bridget has been there for Leanna through a lot, from graduating high school and college and all the drama in between. Leanna asked Bridget to be her Matron of Honor shortly after getting engaged to Steven.
Dante Lamphier
Best Man
Steven and Dante met in Belgium and very quickly became friends, even learning they had grown up less than 30min from each other! The two were basically inseparable and traveled to many different countries throughout their time stationed together. Dante was asked to Officiate Steven & Leanna's legal wedding in December of 2017. Steven got no response. Dante had gone online that day and looked up how to become Ordained, then the next day he sent Steven a text message with a picture of his certification and the message, "Let's do this!".
Fletcher Stark
Groomsman
Steven and Fletcher met at The Citadel during their Knob year through a mutual friend. Fletcher is always the outgoing and eccentric who's head is always in the clouds! Fletcher won't be told he can't do something, and it is a driving point of his character! Fletcher left The Citadel after his Knob year, but stayed in touch with Steven regularly, even sneaking into the barracks during Steven's Junior year to hang out and smoke cigars for the night! Ever the party animal, Fletcher will be sure to provide many a laugh and stories!
Ethan Stringer
Groomsman
Friends since elementary school, Steven and Ethan grew up together, always attending the same school and participating in many clubs and sports together. Despite a loss of contact after High School due to College and the military, they reconnected in late 2015 and have become even closer since, a testament to true friendship! A great friend who is always there when you need him and never hesitates to just "check in" if he hasn't heard from you in a while.
Matthew Garber

Steven and Matthew met during Matthews Junior year and Steven Knob year at The Citadel. Matthew took Steven under his wing and mentored him through his first 2-years at The Citadel. It is safe to say, Steven may not be where he is today if it wasn't for Matthew. A man wise beyond his years, Steven has always looked up to Matthew and is grateful for the guidance and opportunities he has provided throughout the years. If they find cigar ashes on the roof of Capers Hall, it wasn't us!
Alexa Stringer
Bridesmaid
Alexa and Leanna met a little over a year ago through Ethan, Alexa's husband, and Steven's best friend, at Top Golf for Steven's birthday. In the short time that Alexa and Leanna have been friends, Alexa has been a really great friend to Leanna. She is a very open and honest person.
Lyla Parr
Bridesmaid
Leanna's 2nd cousin. Lyla is very energetic, outgoing, and always sassy, but in a funny sort of way. When she was little, Leanna would babysit her and her sister while their parents were out. Lyla was always right there under Leanna's feet ready to help get her little sister out of trouble. Leanna picked Lyla as a bridesmaid because she is a very special person in Leanna's life!
Katie Parr
Flower Girl
Leanna's 2nd cousin. Katie is a very speak her mind kind of person. She is also a very silly, sweet, kind and caring person. When Katie was born, Leanna was very excited to have a new little cousin. Katie for the longest time could not remember how to say Leanna's name so she gave her a name. Katie is also the youngest little cousin Leanna has. Katie is also a very important part of Leanna's life!
Brian Frix
Ring Bearer
Steven's 2nd Cousin, Brian is a sweet young man who adores Steven. When deployed he always asks "When is Steven going to be home?" and will send voice messages to Steven over Facebook. Curious, sometimes shy, and accident-prone (but who isn't in our family?), Brian is a wonderful kid!
