Check Into Your Bunks

4:00 pm

For guests staying on site, you'll be able to check into your assigned cabins and bunks starting at 4pm. For those arriving earlier (Lunch/Field Day), your bags will be escorted for you while we're playing!

Welcome Dinner + Party!

7:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Southern-inspired dinner, cocktails, and dancing! Dinner will be served 7:00-8:00pm attire: colorful cocktail

Mountain Top Yoga

10:30 am - 11:30 am

we pro-pose a little flow to get the day going!

All-You-Can-Play Saturday

10:30 am - 3:00 pm

available on-site activities include: hiking, fishing, tennis, pickleball, kickball, soccer, basketball, canoeing, paddleboarding, the Blob, swimming (two lakes & a heated pool), lawn games (spikeball/cornhole/ladderball/kan jam/ringtoss). all necessary equipment will be provided. otherwise, kick back, relax, enjoy the beautiful foliage, grab a hammock, or choose your own adventure!

Garden Lunch

1:00 pm - 2:00 pm

make your way through the garden for a picnic style lunch by the lake, one of the most scenic spots on the property! attire: anything goes!

Wedding Ceremony

4:30 pm

we'll say "I do" under the trees attire: black-tie suggested for the guys, fall festive formal for the ladies

Cocktail Hour

5:30 pm - 7:00 pm

we'll head to the barn patio, so please be mindful this is taking place outside!
