What is the group code to register for one of the block rooms at the hotel

Answer

We re so sorry but the rooms blocked for the wedding are full. We cannot get additional rooms in the block because the hotel is near full capacity.

Question

Wheer is the next best place. The accomadations closest would be The Rodeway Inn which is clean but with no frills. Should I make a reservation elsewhere?

Answer

Most nearby hotels have been booked for months. I have reserved ten rooms at this nearby RodeWay Inn as a back up for folks who may wish to be near the events at the hotel. There are a variety of other major hotels in Suffolk county they are just further away.

Can I wear a tuxedo?

Absolutely. Black tie is great!

Do I have to wear formal attire or African attire?

Answer

Wear what you feel most comfortable in. The greatest gift to us is your presence in whatever you have on. It is unlikely that we will remember what you wore on our special day but what we will remember is your smiling face among our well wishers.

I am coming in on Friday can I attend the rehersal dinner or is it for the bridal party only?

Answer

By all means if you arrive on Friday please join us for dinner. We only ask that you RSVP through the website so we can plan accordingly. If this option is not available to you when you go on the site please send an email through the site and Helena will correct this.
