While we offer a variety of flavors, our unique and most popular cake flavor is Ube (purple yam). The ube is a purple yam originally from the Philippines. It's essentially a bright purple sweet potato with an even sweeter more mellow flavor with a slightly nutty, vanilla taste. We mix our special home made ube jam in all of our ube products and with it's naturally purple hue the color pops out as the star of many food photo shoots.
