Jonah and Lauren met in the summer of 2020. In their time together, they have traveled to nine states (ten if you count Missouri), minced 991 cloves of garlic, lost 21 games of pickle ball to Jonah's parents, attended 17 concerts (not including the ones where Jonah is on stage), bought one house, and skied 44 days together. During one of those ski days in January, Jonah proposed to Lauren in the back bowls of Vail before surprising her with a planned evening that included aprés, a stay at her favorite place in Vail, a crazy good sushi dinner, and live music. The next day, they came home to an impressively-decorated house full of friends waiting to once again surprise Lauren and celebrate with food inspired by both Atlanta and Kansas City. It was a perfect weekend. That’s our story. We are so lucky to have our amazing family and friends to celebrate this next step with us.
