Brian Lindner is the proud owner of Brian Michael's Catering Company. Originating from New York City, Brian started working in a butcher shop when he was only thirteen years old. Elizabeth was head chef at Viking Range Corporation for 8 years where she added fun and vitality to all of her cooking classes. Now she is The Today Show Food Contributor and has done appearances on Food Network’s The Kitchen and on Chopped as a judge. Elizabeth is a Southern Living contributing editor.
