I decided in May of 2023 to pursue my dream of being a full time caterer after being laid off from my full time job. Dixie Dawg BBQ is a mobile BBQ smoker/trailer based out of Lancaster, KY and is owned and operated by Bob and Mary Littral. We offer delicious slow smoked bbq, (smoked right on our mobile smoker) made with our own signature rubs and sauces, along with some mouth watering down home southern side dishes. We offer a buffet style setup for wedding receptions , which folks seem to really enjoy. We are not fancy, we do bbq, and we keep it simple and delicious. I'm from Statesville, NC. I've been in the kitchen cooking since I was a kid. I grew up with a family of cooks. My grandmother was a head chef for 32 years at a mom and pops restaurant and cooking with her on the weekends when I visited her is where discovered my passion and real love for southern homestyle food.
