Originally built by Henry Woolery in 1930, Woolery Mill has been transformed into an industrial chic venue with modern amenities. Designated a National Historic Landmark in 2002, the mill is a former A.J. Woolery & Sons quarry with a variety of buildings, structures, and objects originally used for limestone production. The mill shut down production in 1996 and the property has been vacant since. This is a working farm, with many animals. We have a mix of very old (log house and tobacco barn) with a new kitchen area and restrooms, on public water and sewer. The unique and picturesque country setting is just 20 minutes from downtown Cincinnati. There is a circa 1800’s barn with exposed post and beam construction, a historic log cabin, a newly constructed Sugar Shack with modern men’s and women’s restrooms, a kitchen, a bar area and a small dining hall. The beautiful large lawn areas are adjacent to the buildings and are appropriate for use as an outdoor ceremony site. We even have a portable white wedding arbor ready to decorate.
