Question

What should I wear? Is there a dresscode?

Answer

Cocktail attire, semi-formal or dressy casual. Both the ceremony and reception will be held outdoors in a backyard, so be sure to keep that in mind when selecting your shoes (heels might get muddy).

What will the weather be like this time of year?

Answer

October is usually a pretty dry month (we will still have a tent just in case), and it has been somewhat warm during the day, but cool in the evening (low 60's in 2018, high 60's in 2017, high low 60's in 2016), so be sure to bring a jacket for when the sun goes down.

Where are the ceremony and the reception taking place?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be held at Tom and Kitty's (Chris' parents) house in the backyard.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Outdoors (there will be a tent).

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

The reception will be in the backyard, too. Party time!

How do I get to the venue?

Answer

The address is 90 Teaticket Path, East Falmouth, MA 02536. The street is off of Route 28 in Falmouth, and the house is located at the fork in the road.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend that you arrive at least 45 minutes before the start of the ceremony, to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled!

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

Answer

We strongly encourage guests to carpool if possible. There are a couple driveways. Beyond that, people can park on the grass along the fence on the side of the backyard, or in the neighbor's driveway across the street from the front of the house.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?

Answer

We would appreciate your response by June 23rd. You can either mail back the RSVP card you received with your invitation or RSVP online through this website.

Will food and drinks be served at the reception? What kind of food?

Answer

Yes. We'll have a cocktail, buffet-style reception with hors d'oeuvres, dessert, and of course, cake! There will be both non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages available.

Will there be any vegan/vegetarian/gluten free/special diet options?

Answer

All the food served at the reception will be Gluten-Free. There will also be Vegan and Vegetarian options.
