TIMES TO CONSIDER MAKING A RESERVATION: - Thursday, October 18th for Dinner (unless you are invited to the rehearsal dinner). - Friday, October 19th for Brunch or early lunch (plan to arrive at the wedding ceremony no later than 3:15 pm, ceremony starts at 3:30 pm). - Friday, October 19th for late dinner (optional, the after party will wrap around 9 pm. There will be food at the reception from 4-5:30 and late night snacks provided at the After Party). - Saturday, October 20th for late lunch (the "Farewell Toast" is from 10:30 - noon with light snacks provided. If you would like to have lunch in New Orleans on this day, please make reservation. - Saturday, October 20th for dinner (perfect night to go to a restaurant Uptown or somewhere you've never been.
No way! The cost of parking at the hotels is outrageous. We recommend using ride shares and cabs.
Dress it up a bit! New Orleans is super old school when it comes to attire, please pack accordingly. Coat and tie is required for gentlemen for the rehearsal dinner and the wedding ceremony. Ladies may change their shoes for the second line and after party (bring them with you!) and Gentlemen may shed their blazer and tie for the second line and after party if they wish.
