What COVID precautions are you taking?
Answer
As of now we are hopeful that we will be able to have a fairly normal event! We ask that all guests who plan to attend (12+) are fully vaccinated. We will assess the restrictions and recommendations both of the state and hotel as we approach October. Please check back here to see if we must take additional steps to ensure our guest's safety which is top priority.

What is the closest airport?
Answer
The closest major airport is Boston Logan (159 miles). There are two regional airports in the area as well: Manchester-Boston Regional (113 miles) Portland International Jetport (122 miles)

Can I hitch a ride with someone?
Answer
Since many guests will be driving up from Boston or flying into Logan, we are compiling a list of all travelers who both want a ride or have extra space in their car and are willing to share! If you are interested in linking up with other guests, check out the 'travel' page and complete the google form.

Will I have to drive around the resort to get to the various events?
Answer
No! There are free shuttles that will take you anywhere on resort property.

I'm confused by the hotel website, what are my options?
Answer
The resort has 4 different lodging accommodations at various price points. The below prices include the room-block discount (excluding taxes). When making a reservation, be sure to let them know you're part of the Orlander-Devlin party! We have limited rooms blocked in the Main Hotel, Bretton Arms Inn, and the Lodge. If you encounter any issues when trying to book please let us know before making your reservation, we may be able to add rooms. October is one of the busiest times of year at the hotel. If you would like to stay there, we recommend making a reservation as soon as possible. If I booked my room before the postponement, do I still have my room?
Answer
Yes! Your room was transferred to our new block with the same rate from August 2020. The hotel has also removed the resort fee for guests in our block. If you are unsure if you have been given the correct rate, let us know and we can confirm.
