Our friendship and love story each began on a dance floor. We met at age 7 and 8, donning ripped jeans and listening to backstreet boys in a hip-hop dance class. Attending birthday parties and each other’s school shows for years, we became best friends. It wasn’t until Tyler got up the nerve to ask Sydney to be his date to Homecoming nine years later that their love story really began. Again, on a dance floor, he realized what she would soon know too—this was going to be fun. The next 7+ years of dating have lead us on countless adventures in the northeast and beyond, making the best friends we could ever dream of. Each New Year, we realize how lucky we are to be dancing through life together, and New Years 2018 in particular is going to be our favorite one yet.
