The Winery features estate grown wines such as Chardonnay, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Petit Syrah, as well as fruit wines such as strawberry, watermelon, and locally grown muscadine. The winery includes 5 acres of vines located on a 22-acre farm. It is one of 10 located along the Alabama Wine Trail.
Head Chef and owner, Crystal McKone, is an Albertville native, and high school classmate of the bride, as well as, later, her sorority sister. The restaurant is situated in the old Rexall Drugstore storage room, built in 1901. Her food is fresh, creative, and delicious. We highly recommend you check this one out.

Admittedly, a bit of a hike from the wedding venue. However, for $9 a person, you drive your own vehicle through the facility and check out the animals - bison, bulls, zebra, llamas, deer, camels and more. They also have a reptile house and a turtle walk.
If you have time to do some hiking, head up to the state park. It is beautiful.
