Festivities!

our wedding is going to be pretty quirky - no surprise there! we've had a looooong time to think about what we really want in a wedding, so we're having a small, private ceremony with just immediate family early in the day so we can party with all our close friends + family the rest of the afternoon and evening! all the celebrations will be at the Lamoine State Park's Group Camping site. there's beaches nearby, but the group site is more secluded. Best of both worlds for us! The festivities will be outside, but there is a big shelter thing if people want to get out of the sun. we'll have a fire going and a s'mores station! we're really hoping everyone will come in Halloween attire! dark, spooky, Halloween themed or costumes highly suggested! no jeans please. seriously.

Yard Games!

we're going to have a fire going with a s'mores station, yard pong, corn hole and it's right by the ocean so you can always just enjoy the scenery! we've booked a super beautiful group camp site and there are beaches around as well. if people want to come earlier than 1pm, that's fine too! everything should be all ready and if anyone shows up early and sees us finishing setting up, c'est la vie!

we won't be taking group photos for the whole hour, but want to account for stragglers, set up, etc. :) although the group camp site is beautiful, we're going to head down to the beach for some awesome views and photos.

if you want to skip the schmaltzy important dances, you could always skip out around 4pm and come back for noms at 5pm. but you'll miss the costume contest that has some sweet prizes, a surprise performance, and our alternative to a regular cake cutting!

we'll be serving pizza, donuts made by the wedding party, some snacky foods, some signature alcoholic drinks and probably more! we like food, what can we say haha we're expecting things to be wrapped up by shortly after sunset.
