We are so happy that you are attending our wedding! We've received many questions about our COVID protocols. We are taking COVID seriously and are implementing the following COVID protocols to make sure we can all celebrate safely! 1) Vaccine Requirement: We are requiring all guests to be fully vaccinated. Given the virality of the Delta variant, we are not allowing children to attend any parts of the indoor celebrations (the ceremony and reception). 2) Masking: Masks will be required at all the indoor events during the wedding (the ceremony and reception) except when eating and drinking. Masking is recommended during the outdoor events (welcome drinks, cocktail hour and after party). We will have plenty of disposable masks if you don't have one. 3) Free COVID Testing at the Wedding: We will be supplying free rapid 15 minute COVID tests prior to entering the Welcome Drinks on Saturday Oct. 9. These 15 minute rapid tests will help ensure guests that attend are COVID free. If you're not attending the Welcome Drinks, we'll note your name and test you prior to entering the ceremony, so please come early. Ryan and Janice's love started off unrequited. Ryan was casually cruising through the dating app Bumble one night and came across Janice's profile and thought "I must have her", but alas, she did not reciprocate the right swipe. Their match expired. Feeling desperate, he denoted her a "Super Like*" which caught Janice's attention and resulted in her saying 👋. Wow! What a captivating greeting! It was a match! Their first date consisted of Ryan agreeing to attend a modern dance class in San Francisco, and then getting into a fender bender along the way (which thankfully avoided the dancing). Like the extremely attractive and persistent champion he is, Ryan stuck to his word and arrived in the city to take the breathtakingly beautiful Janice out for the best damn first date of her life. Little did either of them know that this day would become 9 hours of laughing, dancing, flirting, eating, and more laughing. So much laughing. The two initially bonded over their mutual love of G-house** and angsty emo music -- but the bonds that truly cemented them together was their love for helping others, passion for their careers and their mutual pursuits for a life that would positively impact the world.
