Our journey and love story all started at the USC vs. UCLA water polo game back in 2021. As fate would have it, Hannah and the USC Song Girls were performing at the game. Hannah was poolside cheering, while Xander was in the pool scoring goals. Somewhere between the cheering and scoring, Xander spotted Hannah. After beating UCLA and scoring a goal that game, Xander messaged Hannah.... but it wasn't until three months later that our paths crossed at the Senior house crawl event. We talked for hours and went on our first date the very next day. It just so happened that Xander got a job in Hannah's hometown. With Hannah still living in Los Angeles and Xander in Newport Beach, we commuted back and forth to see each other—we called it "medium distance." 4 years later, we were finally living in the same city, but little did Hannah know what Xander had up his sleeve. The same day Hannah moved back to Newport Beach, he planned a trip to Napa to celebrate Hannah’s 26th birthday! Then on May 3rd, 2026, after a horseback trail ride through the vineyard, Xander popped the question!! It was an obvious yes and a dream come true! We spent the rest of the day celebrating and talking about all the behind the scenes details that had led up to his surprise proposal. We are so excited to celebrate our love with our closest friends and family at the Ojai Valley Inn! Thank you for supporting us and being a part of our story and our special day.
