On an unseasonably hot March Saturday in 2012, Grace and her friends met up with a rowdy group of 20-somethings to celebrate St. Patrick's Day in Chicago via a bus tour of local Irish bars. Alex happened to be a part of this group and took notice of Grace quite quickly. After hitting it off, the two exchanged numbers and met for their first official dinner date at Piccolo Sogno the next weekend. The rest is history!
