Our Love

Rooted in Friendship, Strengthened by Faith

From the moment our paths crossed, we discovered a friendship that slowly grew in a love rooted in faith, laughter , patience and shared dreams . Through every season, we continued choosing each other and now we are excited to begin forever surrounded by the people we love most

How it Started

 Two Hearts, One Journey

What began as a simple conversation at the Plate’s fellowship became the beginning of something far more meaningful that we could have ever imagined. In the middle of contractions about our different academic programs, Esther found in Shadrack someone who listened with patience, attentiveness and genuine care, someone who made conversation feel important. From there, friendship grew naturally. We spent time reading together, encouraging one another and walking side by side through joyful moments and challenging seasons. In every step of the journey, we became each other's source of strength and support. Over time, what started as friendship quietly blossomed into love-steady and sincere. Today we are incredibly grateful for the path that brought us together and we look forward with joy to beginning this new chapter as husband and wife, surrounded by the love of family and friends.

A Friend Who Became Family

My Dear Friend

I met Shadrack about three years ago at All Nations Baptist Church. Our pastor introduced me to him, and since then, he has been a truly dear friend. I am so grateful for the many ways he has supported me over the years. He has always been kind, always willing to listen, and always ready to encourage me through stressful moments. He has also inspired me in my education, constantly empowering me to keep learning and growing. Whenever Shadrack comes over, he brings so much laughter and joy. Spending time with him is always special. About a year later, he introduced me to Esther, and I am so thankful to know them both. I wish Shadrack and Esther a marriage filled with love, joy, and lasting happiness Beloved friend, Lucy Nga'ru
