PARKING: Parking at the venue is limited, however if your circumstances require you to park in our neighborhood, please ensure all four wheels are on the road, you park on one side of the road on Forest Trail Place, and reserve Long Ridge Trace for drop off and pick up only. . ***TAXIS AND UBER/LYFT ARE NOT READILY AVAILABLE IN THE VENUE AREA.

When it comes to Kentucky weather you can expect the unexpected. The event will be held outdoors at a tented venue in June. Temperatures in the early evening can range from 78 - 70 F or 21 - 25 C and the air is typically humid. We want everyone to enjoy the party and be as comfortable as possible so please dress accordingly.
