You will be able to book these rooms at $139 + tax per night (king) and $119 + tax per night (double queen beds). Last day to book is September 22, 2021. We have rooms held for Friday and Saturday evening. You will need to call (608-222-8601) to book. Mention that you are with the Haas/Vruwink Wedding Group and you will get a discounted rate of $119.00 plus tax per night. The last day to book rooms by is Sept 22nd, 2021. If you like to stay in airbnbs this is another option. We'd encourage you look into places sooner than later because there are other events in Madison this same weekend.

Flight

Dane County Regional Airport

Dane County airport is by far the easiest! It is located on the northeast side of Madison. I'd recommend an Uber ride, but if you want to explore the bus system that is an option as well. Not everyone flies directly into Dane County. Check out Milwaukee or Chicago for alternatives (tip: flights into Milwaukee or Chicago can be cheaper). You can rent a car or if coming from Chicago the Van Galder bus is a nice option (https://web.coachusa.com/vangalder/).
