The Lakefront Pavilion, BoatHouse Villa and the all new Bay Pointe Woods, are each exceptionally designed and comfortable event spaces. As a flexible all-season, venue, our events and banquet teams specialize in vibrant spring weddings, lavish summer ceremonies, twilight autumn weddings and indoor winter weddings where up to 300 guests are warmed by a floor to ceiling fireplace.     Our experience hosting our wedding at Bay Pointe was absolutely incredible. From the start, the tour was incredibly informative, organized and straight forward. You knew exactly what you were getting (without all the hidden wedding fees and extras you aren’t told about). While wedding planning, our wedding team (Mariesa and Juno), was in constant communication with us, provided us with every detail imaginable (even small things we didn’t think about). They provided advice and direction while accommodating our specific needs. They provide you with everything you need to make your day go smoothly. The work they put into our day took so much stress off our plate. The weekend of went perfectly, hugely due to the Bay Pointe staff. Our coordinator, Stephanie, was amazing. She hosted our rehearsal and gave us peace of mind going into the big day. On the wedding day, not only did she make sure that everything ran perfectly, she was constantly going above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, checking in with to see if we needed anything. She even grabbed us drinks and food when we needed it! She was incredible. The rest of the staff was also fantastic. They were friendly and made sure everyone was having a good time. These few highlights only touch the surface of what made our wedding weekend at Bay Pointe so special. They truly go above and beyond. I will be recommending Bay Pointe to anyone i know looking for a wedding venue!

    It was so nice to have someone to work with me up until the day of and our day of coordinator was amazing. Everyone that had been in weddings before stated that things went more smooth then most. On top of that it was beautiful! The food was amazing! And it went off without a hitch!

    Our wedding experience with Bay Pointe Inn was everything we could have hoped for plus more! Everything was absolutely perfect! It all started with our tour with Sales Manager Mariesa. She showed us the different venues to hold the wedding, and that’s when we fell in love with the Lakefront Pavilion and its beautiful views right on Gun Lake. From there, my fiancée and I worked with the Catering Event Manager Juno to plan the nitty and gritty details. Juno was a constant professional and helped us plan every second of our wedding and food details. The day of our wedding, Courtney took great care of us and ensured that everything went perfectly throughout the day. She even went above and beyond and arranged the flowers on our cake, which turned out beautifully! We couldn't have asked for a better event supervisor for our big day and we are so grateful to her for helping make the day perfect and stress-free. Thank you so much to everyone at Bay Pointe!

    From start to finish I can’t say enough about Ashley, Jessica, Stephanie, and Jocelyn! They were wonderful. our wedding was amazing and they make sure they have it just right! They make sure you feel special and made sure we had a drink to enjoy together as a married couple. I was able to taste every single one of my appetizers, and I felt so included in my own wedding day without being stressed out. Just when you think your spoiled enough, this team just adds a little more. The cabins and hotel were perfect. Luxury but tucked away is exactly what we needed! We spent 4 nights up here with our friends and family and can’t say enough about this place.
