Ralph Kane
Based in Delaware County, PA, The Munchy Machine is a scoobilicious inspired food truck, solving the toughest cases of the munchys throughout the Delaware Valley. Our menu features inventive sandwiches, snacks, and desserts, as well as a few surprises to keep the gang on it’s toes. The gang is all here for your big day. Ralph Kane graduated from the prestigious Culinary Institute of America in 2001. He went on to work and manage kitchens as far north as Bar Harbor, ME and as far south as New Orleans, LA, including time at the reputable Commander's Palace. With over 15 years experience in the culinary field, from fine dinning to bistros, his passion only grew to create inventive, delicious (and sometimes outrageous) dishes. Chef Kane is now a full-time culinary arts instructor in Cinnaminson, NJ. When not teaching young adults how to cook, he can be found leading The Munchy Machine to it’s next big adventure.

Fantastic Wedding Food Truck!
We used The Munchy Machine as our wedding food truck and they were incredible. The food was absolutely amazing and we are still hearing how incredible it was from our guests. We HIGHLY recommend Munchy Machine for any event!
Food and Service are Phenomenal!
We hired the Munchy Machine for our wedding this past Wednesday. They catered our entire event - cocktail hour and reception. When I tell you the food was amazing... it was beyond our expectations. There wasn't one bad dish that they served. Our guests were served quickly and we had so many compliments on the food. Ralph was super easy to work with. He was responsive, timely, personable, and answered any and all questions I had in navigating hiring a food truck. Also... my husband is obsessed with their bacon jam burger. We would definitely hire them for any future events. Hire them now... you won't regret it!
