A Must for Couples!
As a photographer one of the first questions I ask a couple is “Do you have a day of coordinator?”. And the reason for that is that they are the best friend you didn’t know you needed. They take care of all the details to make sure everything runs smoothly that allows not just the guest but the vendors to have a great experience. There are some out there but none do it better than the Coordinated Collective. The ladies (and one gent) are fantastic at what they do and are guaranteed to be the MVP of your wedding. Invest in yourselves so that you can enjoy your wedding and nobly be peppered with questions on your special day. Hire the Coordinated Collective!
LOVE TCC
I was referred to TCC by a friend of mine and hiring a coordinator was the best decision I have made in my life (outside of saying "yes" to my husbands proposal). I generally am a super organized and capable person who plans events/convening's in DC but a wedding is a whole different beast and I wouldn't have been able to do it without Ja'el's help! We actually decided to have a destination wedding in Mexico and this was TCC's first destination wedding overall but I couldn't tell! Ja'el was very knowledgable about the process and really made sure I stuck to the timeline that I created (and she corrected) and keep me feeling positive about the whole experience. During the actual wedding day I didn't have to worry about ANYTHING. I could not imagine how different my views on my wedding would be if I didn't have her working with the on-site coordinator to make sure things were in the correct place at the correct time, troubleshooting things, etc. I will also say that Ja'el is truly a JOY to work with. She is so funny and calming - I was dreading the process and she made it so much better. Ja'el, don't get mad that I am saying this story but it still makes me laugh: While I was getting ready in the suite with my bridesmaids, Ja'el popped in to make sure we had our breakfast and adequate amounts of champagne. She was on her iPad in full wedding planner mode and I started to ask her some dumb question (truly, just unnecessary nervous-bride questions). She just stared at me and said "aren't you supposed to be sitting down and drinking champagne" and I was realized that she was right! So I sat and stopped worrying about everything! And everything was PERFECT! I'm actually very sad that I won't be able to talk to Ja'el every week now since I don't plan on having another wedding anytime soon. If you are considering hiring a planner, hire her and her team! Truly the best investment and addition to our budget!
Perfect Coordinating
We had the best experience with The Coordinated Collective, and had the pleasure of working with Liz/Blair and Ittie as our day-of coordinators. I had the utmost trust and confidence in this team, and they were on top of and ahead of every small detail for the big day. Liz and Ittie had seamless execution, clear advice, strong organization, and ease at which they handled planning leading up to our wedding and throughout our wedding day. The day would not have been as smooth as it was without their support, and working with this team was a memorable and enjoyable experience. I'd highly recommend The Coordinated Collective, and am incredibly grateful to have had them be such an instrumental part of making my wedding day truly magical.

Ja'el went above and beyond for us! We had a short span for planning our wedding and things were constantly chaotic. Ja'el was there for us when other's weren't. She provided not only amazing day of coordination but wonderful prewedding planning.
