I seek to design the perfectly imperfect, creating unusual yet subtle designs that reflect nature with an undiscovered beauty that is effortless and refined. It is the marriage of these two cultures which gives the work such meaning, combining beauty with balance. I love the way floristry allows me to unleash my inner artist. Putting together displays of seasonal colour and texture is at once fiercely creative and immeasurably soothing, and being able to create wedding flowers that play a part in people’s happiest memories makes it all the more rewarding.

our founder and chief designer annie armstrong was born and raised in sunny los angeles. with a background in visual merchandising and window display, she spent years traveling the country designing store fronts. when she discovered the magic of floral design and founded best day ever, she set out to create installations with the same innovative and experiential approach. there is nothing she loves more than creative clients who want to design something that’s never been done before. in the rare moments when annie is not surrounded by flowers, her favorite place to be is anywhere near or in the ocean.

Born and raised in sunny California, I grew up in a big family who put education and hard work first. I can thank my parents for my Type A personality that has allowed me to get work done and make things happen! I consider myself a simple girl with a BIG heart and appetite for creative inspiration from all around. At a very young age, I gravitated towards helping and bringing joy to others and knew that I wanted to make it count. I graduated with a Masters in Education, started teaching, and launched my floral design business at the same time.
