Hi, I’m Kristin Nicole! I fell in love with flowers 8 years ago when I started planning and coordinating weddings. I used to LOVE seeing all the amazing creations and installations that florists would bring in on the day of, and I always dreamed of adding floral design to the list of services I am able to offer my clients. In 2023 I had the opportunity to further my education in the industry and become a FDI Certified Floral Designer. I am so excited to have the opportunity to work with clients and help them bring their floral dreams to life!

The perfect combination of locally grown flowers with certified and experienced design. OBF is a 7-acre, organic flower farm where I grow the flowers I design with. I am a local, community driven farm focusing on a wide range of sustainable, fresh, fragrant, and beautiful flowers that respect our shared planet by minimizing carbon footprint and environmental impact of imported blooms. By growing locally I’m also able to offer a wider range of flowers to clients because they don’t have to endure the rigors of international travel like being out of water, under stress, rough handling and time to travel across the globe.

My name is Allison Hooper and I am the owner and lead designer of Scarlet Blooms. My background is in printmaking, event styling and I have been designing with flowers for over 15 years. Here at Scarlet Blooms we create unique, modern, and garden-style designs. We love incorporating a wide variety of flowers, utilizing multiple color and texture combinations.

Today I am thankful that I have found something so special to me, that I can share with thousands of people to help brighten their day. I always have had a love for flowers but when I realized the gift of giving flowers was a much greater feeling, my passion grew. Becoming a florist when I was much younger was exciting but an obstacle. I have had several people hold my hand and clear the path to help me get to where I am today. I am forever grateful for that handful of women.

Believe it or not, we often have people ask if our pictures throughout our website are showing a mix of fresh and faux and…no they aren’t! Although fresh florals are pretty, we are totally in love with poser-blooms all the way here and that’s what we design 100% of our orders with.

Having a fascination with the realm of plants and their healing powers, Sophia surrounds herself with botanicals and their many elements. The concept of floral design as a living, restorative, art form gave her a deep respect for flowers and their unique personality. Weddings are my passion. I used to watch reruns after reruns of TLC’s A Wedding Story when I was young and even created little ceremonies and receptions I thought best fit the personalities of my younger siblings. I’ve always been passionate about gardening but didn’t really think of floristry until after I landed my first job in the wedding industry. I decided to go for it and pursued floral design school.
