By growing locally I’m also able to offer a wider range of flowers to clients because they don’t have to endure the rigors of international travel like being out of water, under stress, rough handling and time to travel across the globe.

My name is Allison Hooper and I am the owner and lead designer of Scarlet Blooms. My background is in printmaking, event styling and I have been designing with flowers for over 15 years.
