Bolero is a hidden gem located in the heart of Fishtown. Our venue offers a modern chic design that allows an indoor and outdoor experience. Envisioning a beautiful garden ceremony in the Terrace to a stunning reception with inclusive catering packages by Joshua's Catering, a diverse company that customizes menus to each client. Bolero was Designed by owner Jesse Muñoz. This building was originally called the Philadelphia Saving Fund Society. It was founded in December 1816 as the first savings bank to organize and do business in the United States. When you enter Bolero you are taking a step back in history. A time when service in hospitality was the staple of every event. Housed in a historic bank building we offer 4 unique venues. Our Speakeasy graces the ground level topped by the first-floor Vault Room and then the crowning glory is our Grand Ballroom with soaring 25ft ceilings and arched windows. Cecil Creek Farm is a 42-acre organic farm with a wedding barn in the Southern New Jersey area. The rustic barn features barnboard interior walls with vintage green shutters on the inside of the windows. The venue offers multiple outdoor or indoor settings for ceremony and cocktail hour before heading into the barn for dinner and dancing! This working organic vegetable and flower farm provides couples with two beautiful horses in a sunset-filled pasture overlooking the pond and galvanized windmill to take pictures before heading inside for their reception. The 57 acre property will give a deep breath of relaxation to your event and can accommodate over 200 guests. Mark and Karlen have been restoring the farm for 19 years, one thing has been maintained as much as possible in its original form, the barn. The historic late 1800’s bank barn has many of the original board siding, only to be replaced in-like when needed. It boasts a very large 4 bay layout with the original chestnut flooring. The board siding allows the light to dance off the beautiful wood floors. It is a privilege for Mark and Karlen to invite you into their treasured barn and grounds.

The Tudor-style club specializes in hosting rustic yet elegant celebrations with picturesque views. The private property is great for couples searching for a location rich in history with enchanting landscapes as far as the eye can see. Lake Valhalla Club offers both indoor and outdoor event space for wedding celebrations. During the warm months, ceremonies and cocktail hours can be held outside. Couples can choose from a variety of outdoor locations found across the grounds, including areas with waterfront views. The outdoor spaces also feature sandy beaches, canopy tree lines, and shimmering fountains. Inside the clubhouse, a ballroom boasting vaulted wood ceilings and two stone fireplaces can be found. Pass through the arbor where we will pick up the bride in her choice of three wedding carriages and transport her to the wedding site. After the ceremony, bride and groom are seated in the carriage where guests greet them on their way to the reception area. Our outdoor ceremony site overlooks a horse pasture under the trees where your guests are seated comfortably. Rain? No problem! Our reception tent has a carpeted area for indoor ceremony in case of inclement weather. After the ceremony, we will take you by carriage to the beautifully lit reception site. Our carpeted tent includes a dance floor, bar, housing for kegs, and seating for guests including round tables, white folding chairs, and a “sweetheart table."
