The oldest house in Philo (1888), it was Anderson Valley’s first post office and stagecoach stop that decades later was the Philo Pottery Inn. During the painstaking restoration we did using nearly all salvaged materials, its secrets and history began to resurface. We were constantly discovering little finds, over 200 1880's old glass bottles buried on the grounds to the headline clad 1915 newspaper lined walls in the main house. It’s been part remodel and archeological dig. Now it’s ready to host events & make fresh memories for decades to come. A few years ago we were lucky enough to add 20+ acres of open meadow lands & forest contiguous to TKO for events & glamping and built an amphitheater by Indian Creek in the woods. We can host up to 100 and have have 12 bedrooms in three fab houses, plus glamping tents. There are so many ways to utilize the property and also vintage trailers and wacky Japanese cars to get creative with. Come see for yourself and be part of its evolving history.

MacCallum House provides the scenic beauty of the Pacific Ocean and a beautifully restored Victorian mansion as a backdrop for your wedding celebrations. In the center of the picturesque village of Mendocino, the Mac House has two acres of gardens, expansive lawns, a bar and restaurant and 32 distinctive rooms. MacCallum House is the perfect location for your destination wedding. The 19 rooms on the main property are reserved exclusively for your guests. The bar & restaurant are an ideal venue for hosting groups of up to 80 guests, and includes exclusive use of our two dining rooms, each with a river stone fireplace, as well as the bar and cafe, which includes an ocean-view sun porch, a wrap-around veranda, a lounge and bar. For larger parties, the tent, situated on our lush lawn and surrounded by established landscape, can accommodate up to 200 guests. Amplified music on the lawn ends at 10pm but the party can continue inside until midnight.

Switzer Farm is the most majestic and secluded wedding destination on California’s North Coast. Located 20 minutes north of Fort Bragg, near the historic village of Westport, the restored 1884 Victorian farmhouse sits atop 22 private oceanfront acres directly above the wild Pacific. Blackbird Farm is a rare jewel in rural Anderson Valley, sitting atop a mountain ridge, surrounded by redwoods and pine trees, containing open meadows, scenic lakes, and established fruit tree groves. Blackbird Farm operates as a Farm Stay Inn that hosts weddings, corporate retreats, vacations, and other events throughout the spring, summer and fall months. There are multiple indoor and outdoor ceremony and reception spaces available. A unique feature of Blackbird Farm Stay Inn is our guest cabins that can be rented for up to 20 overnight guests.

Built in 1871, Cow Track Ranch sweeps from the floor of Nicasio Valley surrounded by rolling hills and trees. Located 1.25 miles down a gravel road, the ranch is a quiet location with an authentic rustic vibe. The reception barn, an original 1970's hay barn, displays a collection of antique gold mirrors, dimming chandeliers, bistro lighting and a built-in stage. The barn includes farm tables and décor. A large prep space with tables, refrigeration/freezer and wash area is available for catering use. Two oversized wood doors welcome guests into the tin barn which has one open side providing views of the rolling hills. Ceremonies take place atop the knoll behind the reception barn by a large rock or in front of the historic wood barn, built in 1871. Enjoy cocktail hour in the barnyard and the corral is a great space for guests to dance the night away under the stars. Our venue include lodging and exclusive use of the property which makes your special weekend relaxing and enjoyable.
