I'm not sure what I would have done without Isabel and her team on my wedding day. I have waited 2.5 years to write this review and could not be more thrilled with our decision to work with Vine and Branch! Tatiana was the best investment we made into our big day, not only was she our planner but our planning bff! When we switched our wedding from California to Italy she didn’t even hesitate and jumped right into helping us pick our venue, research vendors and manage the most insane logistics I’ve ever seen! Whenever I was stressed or overwhelmed with a situation she was already working on figuring out a solution with the vendor and was ready with plan B, C and D just in case. Whenever we faced a design dilemma I would text her with the preface of “okay this might sound crazy..,” and crazy enough she was always on the same page. She was also honest with me about changing direction with certain plans if she knew something else would work better. When you live in Pinterest like I do, it was important that I had someone who gave me honest opinions and made sure the design worked together seamlessly! I have heard so many horror stories from friends about their planners not taking their budget seriously but throughout our entire time working with Tatiana she never pushed us to pick a more expensive option or made us feel bad if we had to drop something off of an invoice. She was also upfront with us from day 1 about what it would cost to create our vision. Day of the wedding she was an absolute rock star! I’ve worked in the industry and have been in charge of running events so letting go of control is hard for me but she managed everything without a hitch and I was able to be so present knowing she had everything handled! Seeing the design we have been working on for 2 years was absolutely surreal! Everything was stunning and all of our guests absolutely raved about everything! Chelsea did an amazing job coordinating our wedding! My husband and I agree that we hit the jackpot when it comes to wedding planners. We were fortunate enough to meet Joey at a bridal show last year in Laguna Hills. We almost skipped the show because it was getting late and they were going to close up within an hour of our arrival. When we arrived we breezed past several kiosks, however, Chasing Joy Creations caught the eyes of me and my bride-to-be. Joey's work was captivating and unique. Her decor steps outside of the "cookie-cutter" styles that can be found just about everywhere. And behind all the wonderful art there was an eager, smiling, and warmhearted artist. Joey greeted us genuinely and with superior customer service. We provided her with our information and looked further into the creations on her website. Within a couple weeks Joey was welcomed into our home where she provided a free consultation and an opportunity for to know us better to capture the style for our upcoming wedding. She was making efforts to understand us and things that we like to interpret how she would design our wedding and decor. She was extremely professional, and both my wife and I were undeniably impressed. Later on Joey invited us to her home and turned her living room into a showroom for us. We had no idea what to expect, but she nailed it. Everything was so perfect and beautiful. She had laid out her ideas for centerpieces, sweetheart table, and several other items. We wanted them all! And in that time we got to know Joey better. We officially hired Joey and felt that her talents went beyond her unique ability decor. After some consideration, my wife and I asked if she could be our 'day-of' wedding coordinator. Joey happily accepted and went straight to work. Joey went above and beyond being the 'day-of' coordinator and showed incredible dedication to our big day. We did not expect anyone to put in as much effort and care, but she did. She took away so much anxiety from us, even though everything she did was not required. In the process we gained a friend. Fast forward to the wedding day. Upon arriving at the venue you could see the hard work she had put in and captured every detail for our event. Everything was perfect, it was even better than what we could have imagined. Throughout the wedding and reception, Joey was a constant help and made every effort to ensure our day was special. She clearly did not disappoint. Every guest complimented her work. During the reception, all of our guests had the opportunity to meet Joey as she was making sure everyone was having a good time. Everyone loved her. Our wedding day was the best day of our lives, and Joey was a major contributor to all of it. She is dedicated, hardworking, and works with her heart. Joey is hands-down a gifted decorator and an amazing person. We will gladly have her again for any future event. And we are so happy that we made it to that bridal show and met a beloved friend and talented individual.

I have worked in event planning for a few years now. For weddings in particular, I have always worked on the vendor management side of things. When my vendors constantly asked why I wasn't a coordinator myself, I realized that I hadn't even considered it.

Britney is by far the most organized and professional coordinator I’ve ever worked with! I’ve DJ’d my fair share of weddings, and worked with a plethora of wedding coordinators. Her communication was excellent and always right on time. Transitioning from the ceremony, to the reception, to the dance portion of the evening, was as seamless as you can hope for as a DJ. It was not a pleasure to work with Britney, but an HONOR to. One thing that stood out the most and really set her apart, is that fact that she loves love. That was readily apparent in the way she carried herself and executed her responsibilities for the day. I can’t recommend her enough if you’re looking for someone to coordinate your wedding! Seriously, look no further!

The house is so beautifully decorated and there's so much detail every section you look. We loved the idea that it was basically turn-key so that all we needed to worry about were the dinner details and flowers. Adrienne was also very helpful along the way letting us know when it was time to start booking which vendors and making excellent recommendations. The weekend of the wedding, all of the staff was so attentive and helpful to us.

Meshawn and the team at Perfection Unlimited were our Coordination team for our October 2023 wedding. We could not have asked for a better team to coordinate our unique wedding ceremony that was a surprise to our guests. After connecting with PU via Thumbtack back in mid-2023, we spoke with Matthew who immediately understood the importance of our vision. Our wedding was held at the New Parkway Theater in Oakland, Ca. It started off as a friends and family screening of a short film (the Bride was the director, the Groom was a crew member). Then, during the post-film Q&A, we revealed to our guests that we were getting married right then and there in the theater. Not only did PU coordinate a film screening complete with red carpet, step & repeat photos, food, drink, DJ and more, but they helped transition into a full wedding ceremony. Meshawn ran point on everything: rehearsal, procession, recession, cake, etc. Stellar team members, Angel and Rakisha, executed everything flawlessly. Angel acted as the special events coordinator, making sure our tech was on point (sound, picture, graphics, everything!) and she even made a reel for us to post on our socials. PU was up for the challenge of our 2-in-1 surprise wedding/film screening, and they rose to that challenge with much aplomb. For what we asked for, they could've up-charged us greatly. PU made us feel heard and seen throughout the process. We wanted our wedding to be a collaboration between BIPOC businesses and creators celebrating what we can achieve when we work together. Thanks to PU for what they promised, perfection.
