Keep the Bouquet was created when I was a bride myself. I struggled with having to pay the outrageous cost for flowers, and the thought of tossing not only the flowers, but my money away as well. I wanted something my bridesmaids and I could keep forever, so I decided to create my own personalized brooch bouquet that was more meaningful and sentimental than flowers. As a young child, like many children, I picked dandelion and other "weed" bouquets for my mom. Making wishes and blowing the dandelion seeds was also a favorite pastime. I drew flowers all over everything, and since I was a kid with little talent in drawing, I became quite proud of my flowers.
